Ryan Lee | New Home Consultant | Queenstown Lakes

I am a Queenstown local and happy to say I was born here. I spent the last 3 years away managing a super yacht in the Mediterranean. I have now moved home, and live here with my fiancee and our son. I have seen Queenstown's extensive growth throughout my years.

The building industry is very exciting as it plays a big part to fulfil the growth of Queenstown Lakes. With a back ground in management, I really find this to be a rewarding job, managing to get clients into their dream home with each individual’s budget and must haves in mind.

The process of Build7 is very streamlined and enjoyable for everyone. Each home is designed by the client, no two homes are the same. Build7 have really found the best parts of the building and design process through their 30 plus years in the industry, and packaged to really appeal to their clients.

I am lucky enough to call Queenstown home with my wife and 2 boys. Before moving to Queenstown 3 years ago we lived in the mining town of Karratha, North Western Australia for 7 years. I wasn’t familiar with Build7 to start, but after extensive research I was really enticed with what I found and the opportunity to become a team member. I am a pretty driven and passionate person, I really can only be involved with a company that I truly believe in.

I am very proud to be involved with Build7, I love the fact we are not a corporate company and that we have flexibility to do things on the fly. We’re forever evolving and looking to see how we can be more efficient and cost effective so we can hand those savings direct to our clients without ever sacrificing quality.

Being a boutique business was a key factor that got me very excited about joining the Build7 team. To think that we don’t ever build 2 homes the same is exciting, in fact the whole process with Build7 from start to finish is innovative and supportive and I love that.
